The Oaks at Nipomo 81,700 s.f. project consists of an 80 unit two-story Assisted Living facility containing a variety of studio, 1-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. Additionally the property has an attached 21 unit single story Memory Care wing. The community amenities include a library, theatre, activity rooms, billiards room, cards room, exercise room, wine bar, lounge, coffee bistro, complete commercial kitchen, private dining room, residential laundry, outdoor walking gardens, outdoor fireplace, and many other property amenities. This project also included various street improvements to accommodate the new facility needs. The Oaks at Nipomo community is the first Assisted Living & Memory Care community of this magnitude within the city of Nipomo.
