Located in the heart of downtown Reedley this mixed-use affordable housing community consists of 55 units of multi-family apartments containing 16 one-bedroom units, 20 two-bedroom, 18 three-bedroom, units and 1 two-bedroom manager’s unit on 1.76 acres. The complex includes amenities such as a playground, community center with a computer lab and fitness room.
