Orchard View Apartments is a 64-unit complex located in the southern part of the city, adjacent to a quiet residential area. This development features two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 868 to 1,130 square feet. The project has been well-received by both residents and city officials. Orchard View provides residents with the finest in craftsmanship and modern conveniences, including granite counters, tile floors, gas fireplaces, energy-efficient windows and insulation, and in-unit stacked washers and dryers. The final project includes 48 two-bedroom, one-bath units and 16 three-bedroom, two-bath units.
