Masonic Homes - Adams Building Renovation

Masonic Homes includes the renovation of two buildings: Adams & Wollenberg. The renovation of the Adams building included the conversion of an Independent & Assisted Living Building to serve Assisted Living only, Type I construction (1950s Concrete structure). New exterior skin. Renovate 3 stories of double bedrooms into singles and associated common areas, & 1 floor of community spaces.
