Marion Villas

Embracing the Swedish design theme of many buildings in the Kingsburg community, this 22,000 s.f. mixed use affordable senior housing community boasts 46 units, 2,400 s.f. of retail space on the lower floor and covered parking along the side of the property. The complex also includes a 1,200 s.f. community center that will provide residents with engagement activities and on-site services. Marion Villas is also home to a blue Dalecarlian horse, a wooden horse popular in Swedish culture, located in the front of the complex.
