These 3 tenant improvement buildings for Community Health Providers will be utilized as Medical Clinics. Quiring General, LLC was the general contract for this healthcare project in Fresno, Ca. The tenant improvement will be for 3 Group ‘B’ Non-OSHPD Medical Office Buildings. Each clinic will hold 18+/- exam rooms, lab and support spaces, some of the buildings will include an x-ray room.
