Elm Community Health Clinic

Quiring was awarded this contract through RFP. The project was partially funded by public money via ARRA funds. Prevailing wage was a project requirement. Quiring was contracted as the Design/Build Contractor and development manager under a GMP contract. We were responsible for complete management, design, and construction of this project. The campus is comprised of three tightly grouped structures. Our task was to demolish 2 of the buildings and build two new buildings while the owner continued to operate their outpatient facility. The success of this project resulted in the subsequent award of a similar facility for the client in another location.
