79,534-sq. ft. facility, complete with 104 exam rooms, imaging, lab, dental services and pharmacy. The project consists of a tenant improvement/renovation of a portion of the first floor of the existing structure. The cope of work includes architectural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical improvements. The renovated portion of the first floor will be used as an urgent care clinic. All other existing services will remain as is. The building occupancy group is OSHPD-3, and the facility shall continue to be operated under the hospitals’ DHS license. The building is equipped with automatic fire protection and smoke detection system.
