Creekside Terrace is a 42-unit multi-family affordable housing project in Mariposa, CA, utilizing modular wood framing to manage budget and schedule constraints. The development features two- and three-bedroom units, enhancing the area with amenities such as a spacious outdoor area, picnic tables, and an on-site laundry room. A centrally located community building houses a computer lab and meeting space for resident services, including exercise classes, social activities, wellness programs, and after-school programs for children. Energy-efficient features include a Solar PV energy system providing renewable electricity for common areas and residential loads. Quiring performed both preconstruction and construction services for Creekside Terrace, ensuring the project stayed on track and within budget.
