Central Valley Indian Health Clinic

The new Central Valley Indian Health Clinic is located directly across Herndon Ave from Clovis Community Medical Center. The project consists of a 19,000-sf single-story building, on-site/off-site improvements and a future 5,000 sf building pad. An existing home was demolished and cleared from the site. The new building contains a complete non-OSHPD tenant build out including administration/accounting, board room, file storage, employee break rooms, optical, exam rooms, dental rooms, purchasing/receiving and doctor’s offices.
